Refunds
-
At Competitive Card Events UK (CCE UK), event places are reserved specifically for each participant. Due to the planning, venue costs, staffing, and resources required to run our events, event tickets and entry fees are generally non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket for a CCE UK event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
-
All payments made for CCE UK events are considered final and are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy allows us to continue committing to venues, event services, and tournament arrangements with confidence.
-
If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your ticket to another participant.
To transfer your ticket:
You must find a replacement participant yourself.
The replacement participant must meet any event eligibility requirements.
CCE UK must be notified of the transfer request at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date of the event.
The replacement participant’s details must be provided so that registration records can be updated.
Requests made less than 72 hours before the event may not be accepted, as event preparations and participant lists may already be finalised.
-
If CCE UK cancels an event, participants will be contacted and provided with appropriate options, which may include a refund or transfer to another event where applicable.
If an event is changed significantly, CCE UK will communicate any available options to affected participants.
-
Where CCE UK offers sealed trading card game products, we will endeavour to supply products from sealed cases where orders are placed for quantities equal to a full sealed case.
However, while we will make every reasonable effort to source and provide sealed cases, we cannot guarantee that an order will be supplied from a completely sealed case. The availability, condition, and distribution of sealed cases are determined by our distributors and suppliers, which are outside of CCE UK’s direct control.
If products are supplied as individual boxes rather than a confirmed sealed case, this does not affect the authenticity or quality of the products provided. All sealed products supplied by CCE UK are sourced through legitimate distribution channels and will be provided in their original manufacturer packaging.
Once sealed products have been delivered to and accepted by the customer, they are not eligible for return or refund. This is due to the nature of collectible trading card products, where the value and condition of sealed items can be affected once they are no longer under CCE UK’s control.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including any rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.
